Summer 2023 and the extremely popular SOBO Beach located on Southbourne beach near Bournemouth approached CPS Group to upgrade the previously installed audio system which had succumb to rust in a very short period of time.

Simon White, CPS Technical Director specified a system comprised of the NEXT Audiocom T8 loudspeakers running from the NEXT Audiocom A504DSP amplifier.

The system needed to be both sonically capable, with DJ's plugging in for the Friday and Saturday night events but also incredibly robust.  The venue being directly on the beach with the the full force of weather from the English Channel coming in to it, the T8's IP65 protection was essential.

Simon adds "The T8's were perfect for this project being IP65 rated and relatively high power compared to other options at this price.  Combining this with the A504DSP amplifier made setting up the system very simple."
